These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of agentnaf.com and any services provided by AgentNaf, the real estate brand of Nafees Zaman, a licensed Florida real estate agent affiliated with The Firm RE ("AgentNaf," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, submitting a form, or participating in our SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or services.

1. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, submit a form, or opt in to our SMS program. By using our Site or services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our SMS program is not directed at minors.

2. Services

AgentNaf provides Florida real estate services, including helping buyers, sellers, and out-of-state relocators identify, tour, and transact on residential properties in Central Florida. All real estate services are performed under the supervision of The Firm RE (Florida Broker License BK3253305). We do not originate mortgages or issue insurance.

3. Information and Recommendations

Property information, market estimates, and qualification results provided through our Site (including any quiz or qualifier funnel) are estimates only and are not binding. Final eligibility, pricing, and program availability are determined by lenders, government agencies, and counterparties. You should verify all information with a licensed professional before making any decision.

4. SMS Program Terms

4.1 Program Description

AgentNaf operates an SMS messaging program for individuals who have submitted a form on our Site, contacted us by phone or text, or otherwise opted in. The program is used to send transactional messages (appointment reminders, showing confirmations, document follow-ups, account notifications, and customer-care responses) and marketing/promotional messages (new listing alerts, open house invitations, market updates, special offers, and educational content about Florida real estate and relocation).

By opting in, you understand that the SMS program is used for both transactional and promotional purposes related to your real estate inquiry.

4.2 Consent

To opt in, you must affirmatively check the SMS consent box on our website lead form, text our business number directly, or provide verbal consent during a phone call. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or representation. You can work with AgentNaf without consenting to text messages.

4.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your stage in the buying, selling, or relocation process and your communication preferences. Subscribers typically receive between 2 and 6 messages per month, although volume may be higher during active transactions or showing schedules.

4.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges for SMS messages are determined by your wireless carrier and your individual mobile plan. AgentNaf is not responsible for any charges your carrier may impose. Please consult your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.

4.5 How to Opt Out (Text STOP)

You can opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing or transactional SMS messages will be sent to that number. You may also opt out by replying CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END.

4.7 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. AgentNaf and its mobile messaging providers shall not be liable for any failure of any text message to be delivered or received in a timely manner. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

4.8 Privacy and Information Sharing

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are used solely for direct communication between AgentNaf and the subscriber. 4.9 Supported Carriers

The SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. No Legal or Financial Advice

The information provided on our Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or mortgage advice. You should consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site - including text, graphics, logos, images, and code - is the property of AgentNaf or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any information will be accurate or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentNaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or SMS program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentNaf, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site or SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
